Exclusive hire parties at the Parent Hub include:

• 2 Hours exclusive use of the play cafe

• Food and drink for all children attending, you can choose either our lunchbox option or to upgrade to our themed afternoon tea plates.

• A trained barista to serve adults in our cafe plus at least one other member of staff to act as host so that your party runs smoothly.

• All cleaning and clearing up is done by us!

Private hire parties tend to run as follows:

1 hour free play 

30 mins food and blowing candles out on birthday cake

30 mins free play

Please allow for any set up of balloons etc in your 2 hours hire, we book three parties in per day and have to keep to the 2 hour slots to allow for adequate cleaning and set up between parties.

Availability

Our private hire parties are only available on Sundays and do book up fast. 

We have the following times available for parties:

9.30am til 11.30am

12noon til 2pm

2.30pm til 4.30pm

Prices

£225.00 private hire fee for 2 hours

Then add food for all children attending

£5.00 per head for picnic lunchboxes

£7.50 per head for themed afternoon tea plates

Unlimited juice is available to the children throughout the whole hire time, add fruit shoots for £1 per head to their meal

A minimum of 12 children must be catered for, we recommend a maximum of 20 children at a party in our soft play area. If you require more than 20 children please send an email enquiring about a larger party with us. We have the ability to add on our bouncy castle for an additional cost of £75.00. Parties of more than 20 children must take on the bouncy castle hire to allow for double the play spaces.

We are now trialling online bookings for our parties, please see below booking forms. A non refundable, non transferable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

We have started to trial a none exclusive party slot on Wednesdays and Saturdays, this includes the hire of both our sofa areas but the cafe will still be open to the public, please read all details on the booking calendar under 'none exclusive hire party' for details on max numbers and what is included.
